Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email as we must carefully package the product. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Custom or special-order items may require additional lead time, which will be noted on the product page.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Delivery times vary based on destination and shipping method selected, but typical transit times are:

  • Standard: 3–7 business days

Domestic Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and U.S. territories. Some larger or high-value items may require a signature upon delivery. Some items are not applicable to shipping due to fragility. Please inquire if you are interested in that specific item. 

International Shipping
At this time, we do not ship internationally. If you are located outside the U.S. and would like to make a purchase, please contact us to discuss available options.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Damages & Lost Packages
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your order is damaged or lost in transit, contact us immediately so we can file a claim with the carrier and resolve the issue promptly.
