Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, we offer the following return options:

3-Day Return Window
You may return any item within 3 days of purchase or receipt for a refund. Returns to a credit or debit card will be subject to a 5% processing fee, and shipping costs—both to and from—are the customer’s responsibility, where applicable.

Returns After 3 Days
From day 4 up to 3 weeks (21 days) from the purchase date, returns are still accepted but will incur a 20% restocking fee in addition to any applicable shipping charges.

Shipped Orders
For items that were shipped, customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery to initiate a return. The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was sent. Once received and inspected, a refund will be issued minus shipping charges and a 5% processing fee.
